Pigato wine contains a straw yellow color. The olfactory profile is characterised by characteristic aromas of Mediterranean scrub and medicinal herbs, which open approximately notes of white bouquets, fruit, and iodine hints. The palate is harmonious and balanced, with reasonable acidity, fruity aromas of excellent depth, along with a mineral vein.
